Fixed Price List
LB Wills & Probate believe that clients should know how much they will pay for a service before seeing us. Therefore, we believe in fixed price structuring for all of our services as follows:
Wills
Straightforward Single Will

Straightforward Mirror Wills (ie for Couple which are the same)

If required (prices are per instruction/pair, not per Will):

Please note that if more than one type of Trust is required per Will/pair of Wills then the above fee will be charged per trust.
All fees quoted include free secure storage, free travel within a 10 mile radius and one set of amendments during the course of instruction. Where we take instructions outside the local area, the Wills may be sent to you with instructions for execution by prior arrangement.
Powers of Attorney

Pair of Lasting Powers of Attorney (Property & Finance plus Health & Welfare or joint Husband & Wife of one type)

Where all 4 Lasting Powers of Attorneys are prepared

The above fees include providing a Certificate Provider, the £82 Court registration fee payable on each document and registration with the Office of the Public Guardian. It may be possible to obtain an exemption or partial exemption from the Court Registration fee depending upon financial circumstances. We will be happy to discuss entitlements to exemptions if you believe you may be entitled.
General Powers of Attorney

All prices quoted are inclusive of any VAT. All documents are stored free of charge in a fireproof safe at LB Wills & Probate (Norfolk) Ltd business premises and are covered by insurance.
Deputyships
Deputyship applications for Property and affairs are charged at the fixed costs rate of

In addition, there will be a Court application fee of

Administration of Estates
Where we are asked to just obtain the Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration and do no other work. You will provide us with all the information that we require, and we only complete the paperwork.
The below are guide prices and we will discuss our fees on an individual case by case basis:
Where no Inheritance is payable

Where we are asked to full administer an Estate, including obtaining the Grant of Probate/Letters of Administration our charges may be calculated as follows:
For estates where no Inheritance is payable, and there has been no gifting during the previous 7 years of the Deceased and there are a maximum of 5 assets which may include the house (excluding any conveyancing work)

For estates where no Inheritance is payable, and there has been no gifting During the previous 7 years of the Deceased and there are assets in excess of 5 assets (excluding any conveyancing work)

For estates where Inheritance is payable, and there are less than 5 assets, which may include the house (excluding any conveyancing work)

For estates where Inheritance is payable, and there are more than 5 assets, which may include the house (excluding any conveyancing work)
