Louise Bunn

CILEx Probate Practitioner and authorised to obtain Grants of Probate

The Director of the firm is Louise Bunn, qualifying as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2005, Louise has a wealth of experience in Private Client Law and is an Affiliate Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and a trained Cruse (non practising) Bereavement Counsellor.  Louise won the Institute of Legal Finance & Management Level One Award for 2020.

Rosalind More

Solicitor

Rosalind has recently returned to the legal profession having taken time away to teach at a local Sixth Form College. Originally qualifying as a Private Client Solicitor in 2007, she has a degree in History from the University of York, enjoying the city so much that she stayed there to complete her Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course. Now firmly back home in Norfolk, when not at work she is to be found enjoying the countryside with her farming family.

Gemma Creasey

Solicitor

Gemma is an experienced Private Client Solicitor, qualifying in 2012. She has worked in several large firms in both Norwich and West Norfolk before working for a local wildlife charity.  Gemma joined LB Wills and Probate in March 2022 and specialises in all areas of Private Client work including Estate Administration, Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney. Gemma is pleased to have trained as a Dementia Friend.

Helen Harding-Hook

Helen is our office administrator at LB Wills and Probate.  She holds a distinction in Business and Secretarial studies and is an experienced officer manager.  She spent nearly 20 years working in all aspects of the property market from sales, shared ownership, lettings and property management before moving across to the legal sector.

Ashley Ward

Office Administrator

Ashley is our newest office administrator. She spent 9 years working for a charitable organisation in Norwich within the sports sector, gaining a wealth of experience in business administration, hands-on sports coaching, operational planning, and liaising with a wide variety of businesses and members of the public on a daily basis. After a career break having two children, Ashley is enjoying her move into the legal sector.
